To the Editor:
Mark Schienberg is a great example of auto industry leaders stepping up last year. A lot of times when you work at car dealerships you feel like customers don’t trust you. It’s really unfortunate because dealers do so much to support local families, organizations, and charities. 2020 opened up opportunities for us to change the negative narrative though.
It’s great hearing how people like Mark saw a need in the community and used their time and energy to help out. I’ve spoken with many dealers who helped out local food banks and other charities.
We can’t let our good work end in 2020 though. We need to change the negative perception by giving back to our communities in positive ways. Selling cars in your community begins by showing your community that the business exists for more than just selling cars.
Thanks,
Travis P., Florida
