Bob Ross Auto Group, based in Centerville, Ohio, is a “work in progress,” according to Jenell Ross, dealer principal and daughter of founder Bob Ross. “We’re in our 44th year and over the next couple of months we’re going to be losing many of our long-term employees who will be going out the retirement door.
