NADA Chairman Discusses the Negative Consequences of Stair-Step Incentive Programs
In a speech to the Automotive Press Association earlier this week, NADA Chairman Mark Scarpelli discussed the unintended consequences of stair-step incentive programs. He said the programs are “trust killers,” and also added that “any dealer who’s had to work with these programs could tell you that they aren’t just trust killers, but brand killers.” Watch Now
