For the seventh year in a row, Capitol Subaru was named one of the best dealerships to work for by Automotive News. Building the right team and maintaining a strong company culture has been instrumental in the success of capital Subaru. On today’s show, we speak with general manager and partner, Alex Casebeer, about the many ways dealers can build a strong company culture and the tools necessary to sustain it.
During the last several months, Subaru has had a few inventory issues on the new side of the business, however, Capitol Subaru is hanging tough. In fact, the dealership is projected to be up year-over-year from 2019 in units and profitability. Casebeer credits this to his great staff, and a couple of strong moves the dealership made back in April. At their core, the leadership team behind Capitol Subaru are entrepreneurs and small business owners. Casebeer says that’s the mindset they have with their employees and communities.
