Bickart begins the conversation by looking back at what dealers experienced in 2020. He says that many dealers shifted from hiding price tags online, to offering complete transparency on digital platforms. One of the challenges that dealers faced during the pandemic was eliminating the disconnect between creating an online shopping platform and delivering all the necessary paperwork and logistics that solidify the sale of a new vehicle.
