Say you want more women working at your dealership, promoting the fact that they can benefit from working in auto retail with things like paid time off, health insurance, 401k programs, etc. Well, the NADA has come up with a way to do that. The NADA is spotlighting women in automotive by launching a video competition. They’re asking women to make a video, share their experience in auto retail, and post the video on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter with the hashtag #WomenInAutomotive. Videos must be posted by March 20th to be considered. Watch Now
