Jim Fitzpatrick calls on Jessica Caldwell, Sr. Analyst from Edmunds.com to comment on the continued decline in U.S. auto sales for June. With major automakers reporting a fourth consecutive month of lower new car sales in June, industry confidence continues to suffer.
Falling from a record sales pace in 2016, dealers and manufacturers can attribute the decline to financing options, consumer demand and inventory selection.
Jessica says there is no cause for concern at this point and expects dealers to see a lot more traffic and interest in the second half of the year. Tune in for the full interview.
