Cars Commerce partners with WOCAN to fund $20,000 for women in automotive [Jan. 10 deadline]

This is a unique opportunity for women in the automotive industry to grow their careers through invaluable networking and educational experiences.

Cars Commerce has been a strong advocate for the Women of Color Automotive Network (WOCAN) since its inception and is excited to continue this commitment with a $20,000 donation to the WOCAN-Bob Ross Legacy Scholarship. This contribution aims to empower minority women in automotive retail by funding educational opportunities and accelerating their journey to leadership positions within the industry.

This scholarship aligns with Cars Commerce’s mission to foster diversity within the automotive sector while commemorating the 50th anniversary of Bob Ross Automotive, the first and only African-American-owned dealership to reach this milestone. Currently led by Jenell Ross, Dealer Principal, and Cars Commerce Board Member, the dealership continues to honor her father’s pioneering legacy.
