CDK Global and ELEAD1ONE are merging together as one company. Joining CBT News to talk more about this new acquisition and opportunity for the CRM company is partner and Vice President of sales and operations, Bill Wittenmyer.
The customer-centric management company ELEAD1ONE has announced their merge with CDK Global Inc. the leading provider of integrated information technology and digital marketing solutions. The acquisition was announced in July and all parties seem to be excited about the movement forward.
Even Hugh Hathcock, founder, and CEO, ELEAD1ONE, had great things to say, “Together with CDK, the integrated companies will leverage vast resources to continue to invest in state-of-the-art information technology, innovative software application development, and highly effective communication platforms that emphasize superior user experiences with significant measurable ROI and reporting. Together we remain dedicated to focusing on innovation, support, and delivering the highest quality technology, products, and services.”
Over the years, ELEAD1ONE has served roughly 4,000 dealerships across the U.S. and has employed over 1,500 employees and serves leading dealers, including 6 of the top 10 dealer groups, nationally. They have been able to build such a reputation over the years due to their internal integration of Desking, Mobile Retail, Inventory Management, ILM, Equity Data Mining, Omnichannel Marketing, AI, Online Scheduling, Lane, and Multi-point Inspection.
So what is next for the biggest privately-owned technology company in the auto retail space? At this time CDK Global has no desire to change much about how Elead1One operates. The branding, employees, and systems will remain intact.
