Gary Marcotte

Gary Marcotte is a 40+ year auto industry veteran who has been part of many successful innovation teams from Lexus, to Driver’s Mart, to AutoNation. He has led brand and digital transformations and has been a leader in customer engagement and retention for more nearly 15 years. Today, he is the SVP of Customer Engagement Innovation at Outsell, where he leads the Product and Marketing teams.
