All-Pro Auto Reconditioning acquires OOBE, expanding single vendor solution for dealership partners nationwide

The acquisition marks APAR’s first and adds professional vehicle photography to a growing suite of reconditioning services—reducing the number of vendors dealers need to manage.

HOUSTON, TXAll-Pro Auto Reconditioning (APAR), a national provider of automotive reconditioning and detailing services to franchise and independent dealerships, announced the acquisition of OOBE, a leading dealership photography company with operations across the country.

The deal is APAR’s first acquisition. Since its founding, the company has grown entirely through organic expansion—building its dealer network one partnership at a time. The addition of OOBE represents a deliberate next step in APAR’s broader strategy: consolidating the services dealerships rely on into a single, accountable vendor relationship.

“We’ve never chased growth for its own sake. Every decision we make comes back to one question—does this make our dealers’ operations run better? OOBE answers that question clearly. Dealers shouldn’t have to manage four vendors to get a vehicle reconditioned, detailed, and photographed. Now they don’t have to.”

Many dealerships contract separately for reconditioning, paint and body work, detail services, and vehicle photography—each with its own vendor, invoice, and point of contact. When timelines slip or quality falls short, accountability gets diffuse. APAR’s Single Vendor Solution is built to eliminate that friction. With OOBE integrated into its service offering, APAR now handles the full preparation and listing pipeline under one roof.

OOBE has established itself as a trusted partner to dealerships across the country, known for consistent image quality and streamlined workflows designed for high-volume used vehicle operations. The company will continue to operate under its existing brand while integrating its services into the APAR ecosystem.

“APAR and OOBE are aligned on what matters—making the dealer’s job easier and their product more competitive on the lot. Joining forces makes the value we each deliver stronger. I’m proud of what the OOBE team has built, and I’m confident this is the right home for it.”

— Kris Cogliano, Founder, OOBE

The acquisition takes effect immediately. Existing OOBE clients can expect continuity of service, with expanded capabilities available as the integration progresses. Dealerships interested in learning more about APAR’s Single Vendor Solution are encouraged to contact the company directly.
