Brown’s journey into the automotive industry began humbly while he was still a senior in high school, working in the detailing department at a Ford dealership. Though he briefly left to attend college and play basketball, he returned to pursue a full-time career in the field, gaining his first office role as a certified service advisor. From there, he progressed to a local Nissan dealership, where he explored sales before transitioning back into service management.
At just 24, Brown became one of the youngest Nissan service managers in the country, overcoming age-related challenges and establishing himself as a leader. His career took him to a Kia and VW dealership closer to home, where he continues to make an impact twelve years later.
Throughout his career, Brown has taken immense pride in each promotion and raise, as they recognized his hard work.
