On November 1, the largest automaker in the world, Toyota, issued a recall for more than 1.8 million RAV4 sport utility vehicles (SUVs) across multiple model years due to a potential fire hazard associated with a replacement battery. According to a statement from the company, 1.85 million vehicles from model years 2013 to 2018 are included in the voluntary recall.
