Mark Nesheiwat

Age:
39
Dealer Manager
Morehead Honda
Newburgh, NY

Thirty-nine year old Mark Nesheiwat’s beliefs are relatively simple: it doesn’t matter where you come from or your background; anyone can live out their dream if they want it. While his peers were playing with stuffed animals and action figures, he set up his own dealership in his bedroom with his matchbox race cars. At 19, he began working for a performance shop, focusing on enhancing vehicles, mechanically and cosmetically. He continued to do so for several years until he fully embraced joining the automotive industry.

At the age of 27, Nesheiwat started working for Morehead Honda as a sales consultant. From there, he advanced to floor manager, sales manager and GSM. In 2017, he became the dealership’s general manager at age 33. Throughout his career, he has boosted sales volume for both new and used inventory, created profitable plans to increase revenues for the parts and service divisions, removed pointless costs from the company balance sheet, and guided his dealership to record-breaking bottom lines year after year.

Despite not having a college degree, Nesheiwat continues to achieve success with Morehead Honda and its 77-year-old business model. As a dealer manager, he oversees not only 65 employees but also ensures that the company runs seamlessly. Nesheiwat believes he is where he is today because of his adherence to Proverbs 3:5–6: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.”

Nesheiwat’s long-term goal for the future has always been to work towards becoming a Managing Partner for a new vehicle franchise. “I am confident that one day, with enough time, tolerance, perseverance, and determination, I will achieve my goal,” he said in a statement to CBT News. “I am truly living the dream.”
